When booking, we normally ask for a deposit via cheque, payable to R Rogers  and sent to us at ;

Bryn Maen, Maentwrog, Gwynedd UK LL41 4HN. ( Rooms are only held provisionally until this is received. )

Sorry but we no longer except payment by Credit card.

We are happy to be reasonable about unavoidable cancellations, however we do ask that you let us know in plenty of time!

Cancellation policy : Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival date.
